Michael Crain

Founder & President

Michael is the founder of The Crain Group and a trusted advisor to business owners across Tennessee. He specializes in commercial insurance and risk strategy, helping clients protect what they’ve built and plan for continued growth. When he isn't working, he spends time on his farm in Seymour with his wife and 4 kids. He is also the head coach for the Seymour Middle School and Club wrestling team.

Amanda Campbell

Director of Personal Lines

Amanda oversees the day-to-day operations and servicing for all our personal lines customers. She in Seymour with my husband and 2 kids. She enjoys spending time with her family and their animals. When she has free time, she loves scrapbooking, machine embroidery, and organizing all the spaces in her home.

Landri Shepard

Director of Commercial Lines

Landri works with all our commercial customers on a day-to-day basis. She lives in Seymour with her husband and two children. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her family. When she is not helping coach her daughter’s softball team, she is cheering on her children’s teams from the stands. In her spare time, she loves to read. and experimenting with digital photography.

Amanda Lee

Personal Risk Advisor

Amanda is our in-house expert on all things personal insurance. She works with all our new customers to secure the best coverage and pricing for all their personal insurance needs. She is also a photographer, makes tumblers and vinyl creations, and helps with her husband’s baseball teams. Above all, she loves to serve God.
